The Water Conservancy and Hydropower Design Institute established by Huawei is an institution engaged in the research and design of rubber dams and pneumatic shield-type gates, with related qualification certificates and a professional research and design team.

Main tasks of the Institute:

1.Design of civil engineering part of rubber dams and pneumatic shield-type gates: Including design of stilling pool, hyman and baseboard;

2.Design of anchoring part of rubber dams and pneumatic shield-type gates: Including design of bolt, nut, base plate and top board of the embedded part;

3.Design of panels and air bags of rubber dam bags and pneumatic shield-type gates: Including design of non-lap seam rubber dam bag, pneumatic shield-type gate and accessories;

4.Design of the charging and discharging system of rubber dam and pneumatic shield-type gates: Including design of pump house, pipeline and electricity;

5.Research and design of new rubber dam products: Research and develop new products on the basis of existing rubber dams, maintain the characteristics of rubber dam and make up shortcomings of rubber dam on this basis, make innovation constantly and develop new products.
